"Theme" refers to our WordPress and HTML templates.

"License" refers to the rights granted to use our themes.

"Product" refers to any digital product sold by CrayolaThemes.

"Service" refers to our website, support, and related services.

2.1 Standard License

Our themes are sold under a single-site license which allows:

• Use on one (1) production website
• Unlimited staging/development sites for the same project
• Lifetime updates for the purchased theme version
• 6 months of premium support from purchase date

2.2 What You CAN Do

• Customize the theme for your specific needs
• Use the theme for commercial projects
• Modify the code to meet your requirements
• Create derivative works for your own use

2.3 What You CANNOT Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the theme
• Use one license on multiple production sites
• Create derivative themes for resale
• Remove copyright notices from theme files
• Use the theme in a product available for download

3.1 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• We offer a 14-day refund policy from date of purchase
• Refunds are only granted if the theme has technical issues we cannot fix
• Refunds are not granted for change of mind or improper planning
• To request a refund, contact our support team with detailed reasons

3.3 Renewals

Support and updates renewals are optional. You can continue using the theme without renewal, but will not receive updates or support.

Our support includes:

• Installation guidance and troubleshooting
• Bug fixes and compatibility updates
• Documentation and usage guidance
• Response within 24-48 business hours

Support does NOT include:

• Custom theme development or modifications
• Third-party plugin support or conflicts
• Server configuration or hosting issues
• Website design or content creation services

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6.1 Our Rights

We retain all intellectual property rights to our themes, including but not limited to:

• Source code, design, and functionality
• Documentation and support materials
• Branding, logos, and trademarks

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your website content, images, and data. We claim no ownership over your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the theme
• We make no warranties about theme compatibility with third-party tools
• Themes are provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability
